What is Voices In Action?
Voices In Action is our day at the Michigan capitol where we have an event designed specifically for self advocates to make their voices hear with their legislators.
Registration is open for Voices in Action: Self-Advocacy Day 2026!
Join us in Lansing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, for Voices in Action: Self-Advocacy Day!
This event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Heritage Hall – Capitol Visitor’s Center.
If you have a developmental disability and you are passionate about creating change, this is your chance to meet with your elected officials and advocate for issues that matter to YOU.
Are you new to self-advocacy? No problem! Voices in Action is a day to learn, connect, and make your voice heard!
